  • Packaging and Shipping Days: Orders will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment every day of the week, except for Fridays and Saturdays. Packages will be dropped off at the nearest shipping facility on the next business day following packaging.
  • Delivery Times: Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond Kard Kraken Inc.'s control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances during transit. While we make every effort to expedite your order, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification to the provided email address. If your order includes tracking, a tracking number and URL will be provided in the email for your convenience.
  • Upgrading Shipping: Customers have the option to upgrade their shipping method to include tracking by contacting us at contact@kardkraken.com. Please reach out to us within 12 hours of receiving your email that your order has been processed.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package does not arrive safely or is damaged during transit, Kard Kraken Inc. will assess each case individually to resolve the issue promptly. Credit Policy

  • Usage: Credits can be used for purchases at our store. They are not redeemable for cash.
  • Expiration: Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
  • Giveaway Credit: This is credit received from giveaways done on the live stream. They are added to your current Credit Total and have the same usage.
  • Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued.
  • Balance Inquiry: You can check your credit balance at any time by logging into your account or in the Twitch chat by using the !credit command. The amount of your credit will be displayed publicly in the chat.
  • Credit-Only Account: Your account can be set so that only credit can be used for purchases. Top-ups to your account can be done by e-transferring or PayPal funds to topup@kardkraken.com. There are no fees by doing so and the amount received will be credited. Credit Top-ups may take 24 hours.
  • Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to change this credit policy at any time without prior notice.
